Parking available at the facility, event is held in the Etnyre Training Center (see 2nd page of map).

ACCOMMODATIONS/LODGING
Etnyre has agreements with several of the hotels on the welcome Oregon map, please let them know you're attending an Etnyre event to get the corporate rate.  A list of hotel contacts available upon request.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION FOR ENTRY
Registration ticket not required for entry  -  badges received at the door

DRESS CODE/SUGGESTED ATTIRE

Casual, plan to be working around clean equipment and classroom setting.  Jeans and safety toe shoes recommended.   Safety glasses provided, but please bring yours if prescription side shields required.

WHAT TO BRING
Food, snacks, refreshments will be provided.  Bring any personal items you require for a full day in a classroom setting.  A small amount of time outside in cold weather is possible.

WHAT NOT TO BRING

Classroom is not locked so do not leave valuables unattended.

If unable to attend and adequate time is allotted to replace your reservation, refunds will be allowed, please contact Kathy with your request @ kburright@etnyre.com

REENTRY POLICY
Add if you are allowing reentry into the event after check-in and the details regarding this

TICKET EXCHANGE/TRANSFER POLICY
If transfer of your ticket is needed, please contact Kathy @ kburright@etnyre.com with detailed information at least 72 hours prior to session you're registered for.

EVENT CANCELLATION/RAINOUT POLICY
If for any reason the event is cancelled, a full refund will be provided.

LOST TICKET?
If you have lost your ticket, you can go to the page where you registered for the event and click on the "Update/Review an Existing Order" button to re-download your ticket. If you lost the confirmation email and all your ticket details, please contact the event organizer.
